Authentic Leadership Part 3 of 3: Knowing your worth away from work. Where is your sense of security in life and where do you go when times get tough?

We all can attest to the fact that perception is everything and how others assess us as leaders will add to or diminish or leadership ability. Leading from authenticity doesn't motivate so much as it inspires, connecting the soul, rather than manipulating personalities. This Series is designed for those committed to going beyond the buck to actually making a difference by expanding one’s self-interest through conscious intent to include the world beyond.

Excerpt from Episode

I loved this particular show in our Series, as one of the first things David announced to set the context for the topic on centering, was that you can never depend on anything that has gone before in our personal evolution as leaders. It made me think, yes…there is no precedent in universal principle – for the infinite potential exists everywhere at all times, so not even the letters behind one’s name are relevant to the creative power found within the centered self to demonstrate!
